Our fees include the Notary, the Business Address, document preparation, agent, miscellaneous and toll fees. The Company will be registered at the Ministry of Justice - Beirut Registrar and the business commencement at the Ministry of Finance.

We help in keeping your business in good standing regarding the Lebanese law, including legal requirement, bookkeeping and payroll, tax declaration, auditing, and social security subscriptions.

Our fees include the Business Address renewal, basic Bookkeeping, yearly Corporate Income Tax Return, yearly Board Meeting preparation, and the agent fees. Corporate Tax to be provisioned and paid separately. The Payroll not included.
